Sodium Diacetate
Sodium acetate could be added to food as a seasoning. White crystalline with acetic acid smell. Easy to
moisture absorption and soluble in water (1 g/m1), release 42.25% acetic acid. 10% aqueous solution
of Ph 4.5 ~ 5.0. Heated to above 150 ° Combustible. For heat resistant bacterium coli potato (Bacillus
mesentericus, Bacillus subtilis (B.S ubtitis) spores and the mold has a strong inhibitory effect.
